👤 About the role

This is a senior product role at GoDutch for someone with experience building products in fintech or fast-moving startups. You will own key product areas end-to-end, from strategy to delivery and iteration. Working closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams. You help shape the future of business banking by turning complex financial needs into simple, scalable product experiences.

📈 What does success look like?

• Define and drive product strategy by owning the product vision, prioritising opportunities based on customer needs and business impact, and shaping a clear roadmap that aligns with GoDutch’s growth trajectory.

• Translate insights into results by conducting research, analysing data, and synthesising customer feedback into well-scoped requirements that empower engineering and design to ship high-quality, value-driven features.

• Lead cross-functional execution by working closely with engineers, designers, data teams, and go-to-market partners to deliver products on time, measure performance, and iterate quickly.

• Measure and optimise product performance by defining key metrics, monitoring product health, and driving improvements that enhance activation, retention, and overall user satisfaction.

• Bring fintech or startup experience to the table by navigating complexity around payments, banking, compliance, and scale. Applying proven product judgment from high-growth startup environments.
