We've grown fast in two years. Over 23,000 entrepreneurs now bank with GoDutch, together processing more than €2.5 billion a year through our platform. We grew 10x over the past year, largely because businesses that switch spend up to 70% less time on their financial admin.

👤 About the role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who spends the day on the phone with entrepreneurs. Every month hundreds of leads come in: people who have just started a business. You call them and help them complete their sign-up, so their account goes live. Those leads come in through partners like civil-law notaries, bookkeepers and advisors. You'll get your teeth into that side too: calling them or dropping by to sign them up as partners. Something not working? Then you try something else. You'll mostly be in the office, but you'll also join events and visit partners.

What we're looking for:

Driven and not easily satisfied: you set high targets and hit them.
You enjoy calling: you see the phone as an opportunity and you're comfortable on it.
A strong communicator who quickly brings people along with your story.
Excellent command of Dutch (native level).

Nice to have:

Experience as an SDR or in another phone-based role (internships and side jobs count too).
Experience with a CRM and calling software (Attio, for example).
Affinity with entrepreneurs, founders, notaries or finance.
A demonstrable record of hitting targets in a previous role.

📈 What does success look like?

You follow up on the leads coming in through our partners (accountants, notary firms, etc.) and help them complete their sign-up.
You work through set calling sprints to book meetings with new partners.
You keep all your leads tightly maintained in Attio, so nobody slips through the cracks.
You work with sales and marketing to figure out which channel delivers the most accounts.
