👤 About the role

This is a high-intensity, hands-on role working 1:1 with the founder at GoDutch. You will sit at the center of decision-making and execution, supporting fundraising, strategy, operations, and special projects as we build the next phase of one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs. This is not a passive internship, you will take real ownership, do real work, and have real impact from day one.

📈 What does success look like?

• Drive high-impact projects by owning competitive and market research, supporting internal initiatives, and executing special projects that move the company forward.

• Support fundraising and investor engagement by conducting investor research, supporting outreach and follow-ups, helping prepare pitch materials, and contributing to diligence processes.

• Accelerate the founder and leadership team by preparing research, analysis, and materials that support faster, better decision-making across strategy, fundraising, and operations.

• Operate at the center of the company by joining key meetings, capturing insights and actions, and helping turn decisions into execution across teams.

• Grow into a long-term role with the opportunity for this role to evolve into a full-time position if there’s strong mutual fit.
