👤 About the role

This role is responsible for building and scaling GoDutch’s partner ecosystem across bookkeepers, accountants, and commercial partners. You own the partner strategy end-to-end, from defining scalable models and incentives to enabling partners to successfully sell GoDutch. You work closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership to turn partnerships into a repeatable growth engine.

📈 What does success look like?

• Define and execute a scalable partner strategy by identifying priority partner types, building compelling value propositions, designing partner economics, and creating repeatable partnership models.

• Build and grow the partner network by sourcing, pitching, onboarding, and closing new bookkeepers, accountants, and commercial partners who actively drive qualified demand.

• Enable partners to win with GoDutch by creating onboarding, training, and co-marketing materials that help partners understand the product, articulate value, and successfully sell GoDutch to their clients.

• Own partner relationships and performance by running a clear engagement cadence, tracking pipeline and results, resolving issues, and identifying expansion and upsell opportunities.

• Operationalise and scale partnerships by designing partner tracking and reporting, collaborating with product on partner tooling, improving the partner journey, and ensuring compliance with partnership agreements.
