👤 About the role
This is an entry-level sales role focused on driving GoDutch’s growth through outbound prospecting and lead generation. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and senior team members to book meetings, support deal execution, and learn the ins and outs of fintech sales while building a foundation for a career in high-growth environments.
📈 What does success look like?
Prospect and qualify leads by identifying potential customers, running cold calls and emails, managing inbound inquiries, and booking meetings for senior sales colleagues.
Support sales execution by pitching GoDutch to prospects, handling objections, following up consistently, and assisting in deal closures.
Manage and maintain the pipeline by updating the CRM accurately, tracking activity and outcomes, and keeping clean and organized sales data.
Learn and improve continuously by mastering product and market knowledge, refining scripts and messaging, and applying feedback from the Head of Sales to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate effectively by working with marketing to improve lead quality, sharing market feedback, supporting partner-led sales, and representing GoDutch professionally at all times.
