đ¤ About the role
This is a hands-on junior role for someone who wants to scale performance marketing in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will support our specialists in setting up, managing, and optimising paid campaigns across Google and Meta, and learn how to turn data into measurable growth. Youâll work closely with experienced marketers and designers and get plenty of room to learn, test, and take initiative.
đ What does success look like?
Support campaign setup and management by helping build and structure accounts in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and social campaigns.
Contribute to campaign optimisation by monitoring performance closely and working with senior team members to improve results across CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Report and analyse performance data by gathering insights from dashboards and helping determine whether campaigns are on track.
Provide creative feedback by spotting which images, videos, or ad variations perform best and sharing insights with marketers and designers.
Grow into a long-term role with the opportunity for this role to evolve into a full-time position if thereâs strong mutual fit.
đ Who you are
You have basic knowledge of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads, and understand metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPC
You enjoy working with numbers and data (Excel / Google Sheets)
You take initiative and ask questions instead of waiting for instructions
Youâre communicative and collaborative, and comfortable working with specialists
Youâre eager to learn, including earning Google or Meta certifications
You possess the ability to write and understand ads in both English and Dutch
HBO / Bachelorâs or Masterâs level of thinking, preferably in marketing or a commercial field
